Step 1: Access the Portal

Visit the ACCPM Online Membership Portal

  • New Users: Create a secure user account to get started.
  • Returning Users: Simply log in with your existing credentials.

Step 2: Complete the Application

Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard and select the “Apply Membership” button.

  • Enter Details: Provide your personal and professional information as prompted.
  • One-Time Setup: You only need to fill this out once; your data will be saved for all future membership renewals.

Step 3: Document Upload & Submission

To avoid processing delays, please upload clear copies of the following:

  • Identification: One (1) passport-sized photo and a copy of your NRIC (front and back).
  • Certifications: Certified True Copies of your CIDB certificate (CCPM, CCM, CSCM, etc.) and any relevant academic or professional body certificates.
  • Professional Summary: A copy of your most recent CV.

Review your entries and click “Submit” to send your application to our team.


Step 4: Payment & Verification

Payment must be settled before our administration can review your file.
Note: Applications pending payment for more than 30 days will be automatically withdrawn.

Check the current fee rates within the application portal and choose your preferred method:

  • Online Payment: Pay via our secure gateway for instant system verification.
  • Manual Payment: If paying via bank transfer, you must manually upload your transaction receipt using the “Make Payment” button.


Processing Note:
Once payment is confirmed, your application will enter the review phase. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of applicants and document verification.

Welcome back to the ACCPM. Please follow these streamlined steps to renew your registration and keep your credentials up to date.

Step 1: Access Your Account

Depending on when you first joined, choose the appropriate portal:

  • For Memberships started BEFORE JAN 2026: Visit the Old Membership Claim Account Portal. To activate your digital profile, enter your ACCPM Number and the email address associated with your original account, then set a new password.
  • For Memberships started AFTER JAN 2026: Visit the ACCPM Online Membership Portal and log in using your existing credentials.

Step 2: Review your Application

Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard and select the “Renew Membership” button.

  • Data Verification: Your previous information will be pre-filled for your convenience.
  • Updates: You may amend any personal or professional details that have changed since your last submission; otherwise, simply proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Document Updates & Submission

Your previously uploaded documents will remain on file, but you are encouraged to refresh your profile:

  • New Certifications: Upload your latest CIDB certificates (CCPM, CCM, CSCM, etc.) or any newly acquired academic and professional body memberships.
  • Updated CV: We recommend uploading your most recent CV to reflect your current experience.

Review your updated information and click “Submit” to send your renewal request for administrative review.
